If your property is currently managed by another agency and you wish to switch to StoneTree Lab, we will waive our management commission entirely for the first 60 days. Do I need to be present in Dubai? +
No. Over 90% of our landlords are non-residents. We handle everything from DET licensing, key handovers, maintenance, and guest communication, seamlessly. Your only involvement is receiving the money in your bank account.
